Cooking Classes in Stratford upon Avon at Lifeways

I currently teach holistic cooking classes at Lifeways complementary health clinic in Stratford upon Avon on a variety of topics, including Ayurvedic cookery basics, gluten/dairy free, using spices, homemade curries, women's health, international cuisine and more. The purpose of an Ayurvedic cooking class is to help you move away from frustration or dissatisfaction with your food and your health, and towards the ability to choose the foods that your body needs in the amounts that are right for you. This includes approaches through nutrition, lifestyle and natural remedies to address specific and general health concerns.

This is not about diets or restriction or supplements - it's about a sustainable, long-term way of eating and living that brings you joy and vitality!

Radiant Health cooking classes use local organic veg, fruits, grains, pulses, herbs and spices to create dishes that are unique, delicious and healing. The cooking class includes a full Ayurvedic health consultation. Any special diet is fine: gluten free, vegan, diabetic, etc.
