Dosha Test

The following quiz will give you a starting idea of your Doshic balance. Vata Dosha is composed of Space and Air, Pitta Dosha of Fire and Water, and Kapha Dosha of Water and Earth. A Dosha can be described as your body-mind constitution. We all have some of each dosha in our body: without all three, we could not survive. However, the amounts vary between individuals and are determined from genetics and the conditions/environment during our conception, our time in the womb and our birth. You may have more than one predominant dosha. For more information on your dosha, please contact me.
