The purpose of my services is to help you find a way of eating and living where you can reduce stress, increase joy, feel empowered, listen to your body so you know what foods you need and follow through with this knowledge. I specialise in helping people who struggle with eating disorders, emotional eating, stress, low energy, food allergies, weight issues, women's health and more. Natural, Practical and Affordable

Radiant Health with Ayurveda includes services such as health consultations, cooking lessons based on your unique mind/body constitution, group cooking classes and yoga (groups or individuals). Prices range from £25 - £65 depending on the service - or FREE when you host a Cooking for Life class (please see the Cooking for Life flier, or check out my classes at Lifeways in Stratford). I am a certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Cookery and Yoga Teacher, and have had a lifelong passion for western nutrition and other natural healing modalities. Ayurveda, meaning 'The Knowledge of Living Wisely', developed in ancient India and is growing in popularity today. Ayurveda is holistic, individual and addresses the roots of a problem as well as the symptoms. It uses tools such as diet, lifestyle, cookery, herbs, oils, natural remedies, yoga, meditation and breath work to bring balance in one's body, mind and spirit.
